I have tried to find an option that will allow me to resize an image in inches, cm or mm and I can't find that option. I need a photo of a specific size for an official document and the number of pixels is as much use as a chocolate fireguard.

I’ve tried a bunch of upscalers, and they’re great for resolution — but when the image is actually blurry, nothing really fixes it.It just makes the blur sharper, not clearer.A lot of real-world photos (especially from phones) have motion blur or focus issues. Would be amazing to have an actual AI deblur feature that restores details instead of just enlarging them.

After apply the 2x or 4x, I can’t tell how large the real width or length becomes. Wish there is a obvious way to show difference in the width and heigth.
